RECEPTIONIST:

Prepare the guest rooms as per the set standards. Replenish supplies and guest amenities. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Take ownership of guest privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service. Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment. Update and record all clean rooms. Attend daily briefings with the Assistant Manager Housekeeping of their section and pay careful attention to all instructions and priorities for the day. Contribute to the meetings with suggestions and by asking questions. Return and properly tag all the Lost and Found articles in the Housekeeping office Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures Perform any additional tasks, as requested by the Ex. Housekeeper his/her Assistant and the Floor Supervisor.

To be flexible to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

DUTY MANAGER:
Familiarity with all Front Desk and guest booking functions. Responsible for Handover and decommissioning. Responsible for the proper Key handling and room allocation Provides the Front Office Manager and Site Operation Manager with a summary of activities and operations during the shift by preparing a daily written logbook. Ensures guests’ satisfaction by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guests’ complaints. Maintains property’s level of cleanliness and sanitation (hygiene) in accordance with company standards by conducting inspections and taking appropriate action. Provide friendly and courteous service to guests and respond promptly to all requests in our scope of work. Resolve guests’ complaints & requests and liaises with the concerned departments. Understand and abide by all safety rules, emergency procedures, and fire prevention regulations. Ensures procedures for safety and security of guest belongings (e.g., lockers, left luggage etc.) are efficiently followed.
Your experience and skills include:
Prior experience working with PMS. Fluency in English is compulsory. Passionate about people and service orientated Demonstrates organizational skills and high attention to detail A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR:
Assists the Executive Housekeeper and the entire team with managing the day-to-day housekeeping office administration. Follow up and coordinate with other concerned departments all the relevant operational instructions to ensure that employees comply with the policies and procedures. Performs general office works and maintains confidentiality of important internal office matters as necessary. Answers all incoming telephone calls in accordance with the established standard procedures. Maintains the appropriate office supplies at all times Collaborates with other departments in an effective and friendly manner.
Your experience and skills include:
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus. At least 2 years of housekeeping experience. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a large scale property. Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. A hands-on approach is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
